Life After Service

Every day this week, we will be telling inspiring and positive stories about former servicemen and women on BFBS TV, Forces Radio BFBS, social media and online.

The 'Life After Service' campaign aims to redress the disproportionate media focus on stories of veteran unemployment and mental health issues.

Throughout this campaign, BFBS wants young people to understand they can have rewarding lives and careers in the military and after they leave.

It's our mission to demonstrate to employers the very many skills ex-military people can offer them.

The campaign aims to inspire those leaving the military with positive stories about what other veterans have gone on to do with their lives after service.
