Echoes of History: Meet the enthusiasts collecting military vehicles

Military enthusiasts have been showing off their prized collections of military vehicles at a charity event in Essex.

The Echoes of History show was held by the Essex Historic Military Vehicles Association (HMVA) at The Living Memorial in Rettendon – created 14 years ago by a husband and wife moved by the number of troops killed in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Forces News went to this year's event to meet the military vehicle collectors showing off their collections.

Fran and Peter Theobold have planted hundreds of trees to create The Living Memorial, dedicating them in honour of the casualties of the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts.
