To mark World Mental Health Day, Forces News has been getting some top tips on how stay healthy mentally from Combat Stress' Principal Clinical Psychologist.

The charity has provided mental health support for veterans since 1919.

Good diet, adequate sleep and keeping active were among Dr Lee Robinson's top tips for good mental health.
