Call For Scottish Army Families To Share Experiences

Army Families Pic

A new study into the issues faced by army families posted in Scotland has been launched.

The Army Families Federation is conducting an online survey of families north of the border on a range of topics, including housing, employment and childcare.

The AFF is also hoping to find out the impact recent changes to tax thresholds could have on serving families in Scotland.

Regional Manager North Annabel Ingram said: “We’re really keen to learn more about Army family life in Scotland and how a Scottish posting compares to postings in other areas.

“Our surveys really do make a difference. From ensuring the families’ voice is heard by decision makers, to achieving policy changes in their favour, the evidence we receive is vital for us to maintain our support of Army families.”

The survey can be completed here and is open until February 7.
