Coming Home: Veterans Help Fellow Veterans Adjust
The Coming Home Centre in Glasgow is using former service personnel to help veterans who are struggling to adapt to civilian life.
Working closely with Glasgow's Helping Heroes and SSAFA, its peer support workers - who themselves have served in the forces - offer advice and support to those in need as they prepare for a life after the military.
Forces Welfare visited the centre to speak to some of those who have been helped.
