RAF aircraft carrying 30 Afghans lands at RAF Brize Norton

A Royal Air Force passenger plane has safely delivered about 30 eligible Afghans to RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire.

The Afghan passengers are made up of individuals and their families who've worked with British institutions and under the ARAP (Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy) scheme, have been granted permission to come to the UK.

This is the final leg of what may well have been a perilous, potentially dangerous, journey for the Afghans.
