Watch: WW2 Lancaster bomber pilot awarded France's highest honour

A Second World War veteran has been presented with the Légion d’honneur at the French residence in London.

Lancaster Bomber pilot James Collie was recognised for his war efforts, flying decoy missions into France in an effort to disrupt German military responses in the lead-up to D-Day.

Thursday’s presentation was the first of its kind since the coronavirus pandemic began.
