A former Royal Marines Commando and qualified mountain leader has explained how the British military prepares to fight and survive in the freezing cold.

Tip Cullen spent 20 winters in Norway as an operator and instructor for the Royal Marines, helping military personnel to train and survive in Arctic conditions.
