Musicians from Her Majesty’s Royal Marines performed on stage at Saturday night’s Platinum Party outside Buckingham Palace.

The Corps of Drums joined performers Queen and Adam Lambert as they played the famous song 'We Will Rock You' and opened the event.

As part of the event, The Queen received affectionate tributes from the Prince of Wales and several national figures.
