The UK is looking for a new leader as Boris Johnson announced he is resigning as Conservative leader and Prime Minister.

But who will replace him?

A number of those linked to the top job have a military background, including Defence Secretary Ben Wallace who is the clear favourite among Tory party members.

 

So, at a time when there are increased calls for defence to receive extra support amid concerns over Russia and the ongoing war in Ukraine, should the next person in at Number 10 have military links? Have your say below.
