Troops from the 2nd Battalion Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment (2 PWRR) have been taking part in an anti-terror exercise at their base in Cyprus.
 
Exercise Lion's Mane was designed to test the response of the police and military to an armed attack.
 
And as Forces TV reporter Simon Newton reports, it was pretty realistic.
