RAF's Top Distance Runner on Return from Injury

The RAF's top distance runner, Squadron Leader Ben Livesey, says he can not wait to get running again.

The Forces cross country season is already under way, but injury and illness kept his training over Christmas to a minimum.

Last year he came within a few seconds of qualifying for the Commonwealth games marathon  - and he's now preparing to get back to his best

Squadron Leader Livesey took time out from organising duties at the Sir Sefton Brancker Cross Country event at RAF Halton to talk to Forces TV's Jon Knighton, firstly about the event which dates back to the 1920s.
