Afghan President Scrutinising Use of US Funding in Country
Afghanistan's President Ashraf Ghani has begun scrutinising the way funding for the Afghan National Security Forces is being spent.
The money, provided by the United States government, is worth billions of dollars annually.
The US Army and the Afghan Ministry of Defence are trying to identify corruption and inefficiencies to ensure the money is well-spent.
