Afghan President Without Cabinet After 100 Days

One hundred days after he became the new president of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani has been criticised over a lack of progress.
 
Ghani has so far failed to form a government, and talks with his coalition partner Dr Abdullah Abdullah remain deadlocked.
