Armed Forces Day: A Day To Remember
Armed Forces Day is underway up and down the country as the nation thanks the men and women who help keep our country safe.
Throughout the day Forces TV is the only place you need to go for live coverage of the national event at Guildford in Surrey, online or on TV.

We knew they were coming, but it's all gone so fast we didn't realise it was Arrows time!
