Army Veteran Dave Henson Wins Silver At Anniversary Games

Paralympic track and field stars have helped to celebrate National Paralympic Day by competing in London as part of the Anniversary Games.

In action was former Army officer and war veteran Dave Henson, who lost both his legs in a bomb blast in Afghanistan in 2011.

And the captain of the British team at the 2014 Invictus Games, who won gold in that tournament, didn't disappoint - he took the silver medal in the T42 200m behind another Brit, Richard Whitehead.

Forces TV's Julian Evans went to see Dave prepare for the race at his local running track in Portsmouth.
