"Big Businesses Must Prepare Themselves For Cyber Attack"
The head of US Cyber Command says private companies must assume it's a matter of when, not if, they suffer a cyber attack.
Admiral Michael Rogers says big business must work with the military to develop ways to counter online threats.
He's also warned that financial institutions are primary targets.
