Brand-New Specially Designed Stretchers Delivered To MoD

The Ministry of Defence has received its first batch of a new piece of medical kit – a stretcher designed specially for medics operating on the frontline.

Named the Xtract2, it's the brainchild of a former corporal, whose small company in Yorkshire has now put the stretchers into production.

Weighing just 1.3 kilogrammes, they can carry up to 330kg.
