Build-Up Begins to 200th Anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo
The Irish Guards have marched onto Horse Guards Parade as part of the official launch of this year's Beating Retreat, which will commemorate the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo.
It will be held on June 10-11 and will see the public playing of an original Waterloo Bugle recovered from the battlefield, for the first time in two centuries.
