Bus Cuts Affecting Cyprus Schoolchildren

British forces children in Cyprus now have to make their own way to school after their bus service was withdrawn at the end of last term.

A review of the services last year recommended scrapping all but five routes because they were deemed excessive and expensive.

Children are now walking, cycling or getting dropped off at school gates for the first time.

Carla Prater has been to assess the impact during the first week back.
