Cameron "Committed to Spending on National Security"
The Prime Minister has told MPs he is committed to spending on national security.
His remarks came amid growing speculation that the defence budget may face cuts after May's general election.
He was responding to a question from Labour MP Stella Creasy during Prime Minister's Questions.
