The Cardiff Support Group for Veterans with PTSD
Ministry of Defence figures show that 396 serving personnel were diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in 2013 alone, up 19 per cent from the year before.
Forces TV has been looking at how one group of people in Cardiff have been supporting each other once they or a loved one who had been diagnosed with PTSD left the military.
