Coalition Forces Carry Out 21 Air Strikes Against IS
US-led coalition forces have carried out 21 new air strikes against Islamic State over Iraq and Syria.
The Combined Joint Task Force confimed the strikes took place on Monday and Tuesday.
10 were focused in the Syrian town of Al Hasakah, while a further six targeted other tactical units and fighting positions in the country.
In Iraq, tactical units, a fighting position and a heavy machine gun were struck near Al Asad, Hit and Fallujah.
