'Defence Spending Must Change to Address New Threats'
The UK needs a 'convincing deterrent' to further aggression by Russia according to an influencial group of MPs.
The report by the Defence Select Committee says the country is now facing 'multiple challenges' from many different parts of the world.
It also says failing to meet the 2 percent of GDP spending on Defence would be “extremely damaging” to Britain’s military credability.
