EU Countries Pledge Anti-Terror Cooperation

European countries are pledging greater cooperation with Middle Eastern states to deal with terrorism. 
 
Amid tight security in Brussels, EU foreign ministers have been holding talks in light of the recent attacks in France and the anti-terror raids conducted in Belgium last week.
 
The head of the Arab League indicated that the new cooperation would stretch far beyond European borders.
