Former Communist States Sign Agreement To Form Joint Military Brigade
Three former communist states have signed an agreement to boost their military forces.
Poland, Ukraine and Lithuania will form a multi-national brigade, which is due to be fully operational by 2016.

Ukrainian Defence Minister, Stepan Poltorak: "I would like to say that a historic event has just taken place. We have signed a technical agreement on the formation of a joint brigade.
"The main goal of this brigade is preparations, exchange of experience in the development of armed forces of Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania."
