Government Urged To Strengthen Ties With Iraqi Kurds
A group of British MPs is urging the government to boost its diplomatic ties with the Kurds of Northern Iraq or risk losing a vital strategic partner in the Middle East.
The Foreign Affairs Committee warns that unless more diplomatic resources are provided, the Kurdish authorities may strengthen ties with countries that do not share the UK’s values.
