How to Mend A Leaky Ship
After six months in Sierra Leone RFA Argus is on her way back to Falmouth.
Deployed in September the ship, its three helicopters and a detachment of Royal Marines helped deliver equipment and aid supplies to remote areas of the West African country ravaged by the Ebola crisis.
To mark RFA Argus' latest operational achievement and her contributions stretching back to the Falklands conflict the ship has been presented with an Admiralty Board Letter of Commendation.
It's believed that this is the first time this award has been granted to an operational unit.
The documentary RFA Argus: Below Decks can be seen on Forces TV from 6pm on the 2nd of April - in the meantime here's a little instructional video from the crew on how to mend a holey boat.
