Interview With Departing Maj. Gen James Cowan
The 3rd UK Division based on Salisbury Plain has bid farewell to its General Officer Commanding.
After two years in post, Major General James Cowan now leaves the Army and heads off for a new career with The Halo Trust, a humanitarian land mine charity.
He spoke about his departure and his most demanding tour - commanding 11 Brigade in Afghanistan.
