Iraqi PM: Advance Of Islamic State A "Failure Of The World"

Iraq's prime minister has accused the international coalition of not doing enough in the fight against Islamic State. 
 
Haider Al-Abadi was speaking as ministers from 20 countries gathered in Paris to discuss what more can be done to tackle the jihadist group.
 
He called the advance of IS, which recently took the city of Ramadi, as a "failure of the world".
