Man Told He Could Never Walk Again Will Run Marathon.. Again

A former British Army Major who was severely injured in Iraq is aiming to break his marathon personal best by 322 hours. 
 
Phil Packer sustained severe spinal cord damage while on operational duty in Basra in 2008 and was told he would never walk again. 
 
He went on to complete the London Marathon in 14 days six years ago.
 
Now he wants to complete one in 14 hours.
