"MoD Decision-Making Process Needs to Improve"

Decisions taken at the Ministry of Defence are too “loose” and too often nobody has any idea where they came from.
 
That's according to retired Major-General Christopher Elliot, who has given evidence to a group of politicians.
 
The Defence Select Committee is investigating the relationship between the military, politicians and civil servants in the wake of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
