Napoleon's Hat to be Returned to Battle of Waterloo Site

The Bicorne hat Napoleon Bonaparte wore during the Battle of Waterloo is being returned to the site of his most famous defeat, 200 years after it took place.

The two-cornered hat was worn by the French Emperor during the Duke of Wellington's victory and still shows traces of the raindrops which fell that day.

It will remain in Belgium for the next four months.
