Obama Urges Use of Force Against IS
Barack Obama has asked Congress to authorise the use of greater force against Islamic State militants.
In his annual State of The Union address, the US President also set out a wishlist of domestic reforms.
And he told the nation America stands united with people around the world that have been targeted by terrorists.
