Osborne: UK Security Services Will Get "Whatever They Need"

George Osborne says the UK's national security services will get "whatever resources they need" to keep the country safe following the ongoing terrorist attacks in Paris.
 
The Chancellor was speaking after a warning from the head of MI5 that agencies like his cannot be expected to stop every plot.
 
Mr Osborne also paid tribute to those killed in the French capital.
 
Meanwhile, the chairman of the Commons Intelligence and Security Committee, Sir Malcolm Rifkind, says the attacks 'add weight' to the case for security agencies getting stronger powers to intercept communications between extremist groups.
