Paratroopers Extract Prisoner In Hostage Situation

The Joint Operational Access Exercise (JOAX), code-named 'Forcible Entry', is coming to an end at Fort Bragg in the US. 
 
It's been a week of achievements and co-operation in action between UK and American troops.
 
Having parachuted to the ground in a mass simultaneous jump some 2100 paratroopers from the British 16 Air Assault Brigade and US 82nd Airborne are now learning the best way to respond in a hostage situation, by completing practice scenarios.
