Queen Targeted In ISIS Terror Plot Planned For VJ Day
Security services are warning of a terror attack targeting HM the Queen and the Royal Family during celebrations to mark the anniversary of the end of WWII, according to reports.
The assassination plot, allegedly being orchestrated by Isis in Syria, has sparked a review of security arrangements, according to the Mail on Sunday.
The public, meanwhile, are being urged to turn out for the VJ day anniversary despite the widespread reports of a terror threat.
The government says Saturday’s commemorations will still go ahead despite the media claims that Islamic State bombers could target the event.
