RAF Reaper Drones Exact Heavy Toll On Islamic State

The RAF has again been attacking IS targets in Iraq.

Its unmanned Reapers, which are flying from a base in the Middle East, have been used to destroy dozens of targets including IS car bombs. The Reapers are flying missions in tandem with RAF Tornado jets based in Cyprus. 

As of 1st March 2015, RAF Tornado GR4's had conducted 90 airstrikes, whilst RAF MQ-9 Reapers had conducted 70. Altogether, the aircraft have flown 374 missions and released 206 weapons in Iraq.
