A Review of MoD Decision-Making
Decision-making in the MoD is improving – but more needs to be done. That’s the finding of the latest Defence Select Committee report.
It criticises the Ministry of Defence for two decisions - the deployment of soldiers to dangerously-isolated positions in Afghanistan, and the expensive u-turn over which fast jets to use on the UK's new aircraft carriers.
