SNP Calls For Probe Into UK Airstrike Death Reports
The Scottish National Party is calling for an urgent investigation into claims that coalition airstrikes have killed hundreds of civilians in Iraq and Syria.
Alex Salmond wants the Ministry of Defence to examine the role being played by British military personnel that have been involved in bombing while they were embedded with other countries' forces.
It comes after claims made by a group of independent journalists, called 'Airwars', who claim to have published 'credible reports' of at least 459 civilian deaths, including 100 children, in 52 air strikes.
