Theresa May Sets Out Plans to Tackle Extremism

The Home Secretary Theresa May has set out plans to tackle Islamist extremism.

The proposals, which will be included in the Conservative election manifesto, would prevent speakers who incite hatred from speaking in public or using social media.

Speaking in London, Mrs May said the threat from extremism demanded an "uncompromising response" from government.
