Army's Distance Runners Warm Up For Inter Services
The Army's leading distance athletes have been in action in preparation for next week's Inter Services Cross Country Championships in Dorset.
Ady Whitwam warmed up for the Forces showdown, where the Army will hope to beat their rivals, the RAF, by successfully defending his men's title in this year's Army Cross Country event.
Danni Hodgkinson, meanwhile, claimed the women's prize at Sandhurst.
