UKAF men show class with bat and ball as they beat MCC in 50-over clash

Watch: Action from UKAF's win over the MCC

The men's UK Armed Forces cricket team put in a complete performance during a 129-run win over Marylebone Cricket Club in 50-over action.

Denzel James top scored with 79 not out, while Keddy Lesporis, Tom Shorthouse and Liam Fletcher all scored more than 50 runs in a brilliant 329/7 innings.

That set UKAF up for victory with Shorthouse, Charlie Rutter and Jay Boynton all impressing as part of a ruthless bowling attack as the MCC only managed 200 runs before being all bowled out.

Lesporis, who was making his UKAF debut, also delivered a terrific long-range run out as part of the fielding unit.

UKAF have fixtures against the National Asian Cricket Council and Lancashire Seconds planned as part of their 50-over season.
