Ice Hockey: RAF Aces win first Inter Services title in eight years!

The RAF Aces have ended an eight-year wait to be crowned Inter Services ice hockey champions.

A tense match against the Royal Navy Destroyers saw the Air Force team win 3-2 in Wales.

The Navy team were looking to retain their title but a good RAF start set them up for victory.

The 2020 Inter Services were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic meaning this was the first competition in two years.

"I feel amazing," said Royal Gunner James Flynn during the RAF's celebration.

"This is one of the best feelings I've ever felt. I've played seven years now for the RAF and I've never seen them win."
