Tokyo Olympics: Forces React As Gunner Karriss Artingstall Guarantees Medal

The British Army's Gunner Karriss Artingstall has won her quarter-final in the featherweight (57kg) Olympics boxing competition.

The Team GB fighter, who is the military's first female Olympic boxer, is now guaranteed at least a bronze medal at the delayed 2020 Games in Tokyo.

She has become the first Team GB boxing medallist of the summer after beating Australia's Skye Nicholson by split decision.

She will face Japan's Sena Irie in the semi-finals.

On social media, many Army supporters of Artingstall have reacted to the big win.
