Royal Navy Winter Paralympics medal winner retires

Able Seaman Brett Wild has retired from elite winter sport.
The Royal Navy ski guide has won four medals in his Paralympic career including Team GB's opening medal at the 2022 Games in Beijing.
He will now return to service in the Royal Navy.

On Twitter, AB Wild paid tribute to his partner Millie Knight, saying: "I've had an incredible experience guiding Millie Knight for the last six years.
"2x world champs, 4x Paralympic medals, 12 World Cup gold medals."
He also thanked the Royal Navy for its support during his career.
