The battle lines are drawn as UKAF men face Scotland A in rugby league clash

The UK Armed Forces men's rugby league team are set to face Scotland A in Edinburgh.

The sides meet on 7 November at Royal High RFC.

The match will be broadcast live on the BFBS Forces News YouTube channel and BFBS TV (for serving personnel overseas only).

• Glory for the women, agony for the men in UKAF’s German football showdown

BFBS coverage begins at 13:45 UK time, ahead of the 14:00 kick-off.

UKAF head into the fixture after a challenging President's Cup campaign, which ended with their third-round match against England Universities being cancelled because of injuries and player deployments.

However, there is reason for optimism, with the Royal Navy having beaten Scotland A 46-22 in June.
