Festival Of Rugby: Inter Corps Success For RLC and AGC Teams

The Army have held their Festival of Rugby in Aldershot  – crowning two Inter Corps champions.

The Royal Logistic Corps took the men's title after a win over the Royal Artillery.

In the women's final, the Artillery were beaten again as the Adjutant General Corps won the trophy.

In the men's final, Frank Boginisoko, who has been playing alongside Gavin Henson in Wales, scored twice as the RLC dominated from the start.

Callum Redding managed to get on the scoresheet for the Artillery but they couldn't stop the RLC from winning.

In the women's final, Sarah Batley, Una Vakacegu and Welsh international Jade Mullen all scored for the AGC in their victory.

The women's side of the tournament was played under rugby sevens rules.
