Several years after the events of the first film, the legendary anchorman and arch chauvinist Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell) has been fired from his job and is now estranged from co-anchor and wife Veronica. But when a rich Australian businessman starts a 24-hour cable news channel, Ron reunites the disbanded Channel 4 news team - weatherman Brick, sports ace Champ and roving reporter Brian - with a vow to redefine broadcast journalism... TV news will never be the same again...
