Ukraine: Russia's military struggles likely to intensify campaign's brutality

A former Ministry of Defence (MOD) Director of Operations has given a damning assessment of Russia's tactics in Ukraine so far.

After almost three weeks, only a handful of cities in the south of the country, including Kherson and Melitopol, have fallen to Russian forces.

But retired Air Marshal Edward Stringer told Forces News this is likely to intensify the campaign's brutality.
